SU Submersible Sewage Pumps are of close coupled construction comprising of a single stage centrifugal pump with a non type impeller and high torque squirrel cage induction motor. They are specially designed for drainage of effluents and all types sludge with up to 10% solids content. These pumps are primarily used for pumping sewage, digested sludge and industry effluents. SU Submersible Sewage Pumps are generally used for wet sump application. A guide bar system is provided for use in the wet sump, which simplifies the installation and it’s removal for cleaning, maintenance and repairs.
